well apart from these guys looking like total douche, the joke is that:
78 is a french departement (like a county or something dont know really how it translates), in which are some of the creepiest suburbs (the one with the so-called muslim riots u heard about on cnn a few years before), but also some really poshy, filthy rich areas like Versailles, which these guys are obviously from... so the joke is that they're acting all hip hop and shit while they have less street credibility than elton john
come on its almost 2010, snoop dogg is sooooooo 1993
