Well when making breakcore the first thing you should know is that breakcore doesn't really have any rules, aside from being fast and chaotic-sounding. However, speed and chaos and be pretty subjective, so yeah. Most of the breakcore stuff I make is around 170-200 bpm; I would suggest 185 as a good starting point or whatever. The second thing to keep in mind is that most, if not all, breakcore involves very fast breakbeats. The amen break is used a lot, but is not necessary. We have a sub-forum where you can find lots of different break packs, I'd recommend you check that out.
When you are done chopping up/ruining your breaks, you can basically just get a bunch of samples that sound cool and do whatever the hell you want.

whatever you do, don't use a randomizer to generate your beats. throwing glitch or instajungle on a break and having it sound good is like a shittier version of paint by numbers. paint by numbers without the complex math.

take your time on the tracks, the more work you put in, the better the result. bcore tracks usually take 2 weeks to a month for me to finish.

just make music that feels right for you, dont limit yourself to chopping up breaks, recording/sampleing gabber kicks, get a huge sample library, find what you like and flow with it, bcore is about not having to follow any real musical guidelines

you can definitely hear the difference between an emotionless mediocre "breakcore track, and a passionate shitty-sounding whackjob-of-a track, the latter being the more interesting for everyone
