a breakcoreish form of cinéma?
Sup guyz !
so, i study cinema at university, & i have a film critic to do for tomorrow, i was supposed to watch Soul Kitchen, but i was ill for a week & unable to move my fat ass to a cinema, so i wondered if someone have any advice about a movie which could be linked to breakcore, preferably something i could watch on the internet. or even some experimental, absurd, mind-fucked movies from any epoch
thanks a lot

There's this guy called Sekitani, who makes pictures and videos that are pretty much the visual equivalent of breakcore. You might have already seen this, but when I saw the title, he immediately came to mind. I wish I was half the artist he was.

Not sure about Breakcore cinema, but surrealist cinema is great. Practically anything by the likes of Lynch and Cronenberg. Oh, and check out last year at Marienbad. It's old but the direction of the film keeps shifting slightly as it progresses and you're never quite sure whether the bloke and the woman have met or not.

bizarria
Three movies comes to mind , two bizarre breakcorish flicks,
one is "Pink flamingos" by Jhon Waters and "Le chien andalou" that was conceived by surrealist auteurs Luis Bunuel and Salvador Dali...
And of course this list wouldn´t be complete without Otto Von Schirach´s movie called "DEATH PRINT"
