Ha, it's called various things from Techstep, Skullstep, Darkstep, Blast breaks, pots'n'pans, tearout..........depends who you're talking to on the day and how they classify each sub-genre of D'n'b.

I tend to just refer to it as Hard drum and bass or Blast breaks, the latter adequately describes stuff like Current Value I reckon; really boy-ish super breaks, most girls don't seem to dig it.
