1) venetian snares is an urban myth, it is a metaphor of the collective subconscious of the breakcore scene.

2) that guy in the video is just an american drunk guy (hence he talks funny) that some badass underground breakcore dudes found and interviewed so as to make fun of people.

3)As you can see in the video, his face is NOT shown, all we can make out is a blonde wig. Apparently that guy playing must be someone impersonating venetian snares, just like actors represent famous personalities).

In conclusion don't believe what mass media like youtube and wikipedia say, venetian snares does not physically exist, he is what THEY want you to believe in.
