So i´ll go first:

You´ve made some very entertaining and usefull tutorials about gabber kicks and amen mashing :P But i´d like to ask how do you go about arranging your songs? Is there any particular order that you do things? Why?

this is weird and flattering, but i love talking about making music with other people. nerding out about sound design or methods. if you guys have any questions about anything i'll do my best to answer.

my arrangement is retarded to be honest, i rarely keep the dj in mind in hopes that a song will become signed. i barely know anything about song structure.
i kind of just go at making a song like writing poetry, i just pretty much write how i'm feeling, if i don't like what i write i just go back and erase it.
my songs are hardly planned, it's always just a blank canvas or a block of stone if you will that gets sculpted to some kind of abstract art as the end product.

i'f i am making a melodic song i'll focus more on the melodies then i will the beats. if i'm making a hard song i'll focus more on the beats and bassline and atmosphere . . . which i tend to lack but i have recently found the cure for =).

see, when i'm not making a song i like to make breaks, patches, gabber kicks, so when an idea pops up, i'm good to go.

but the key element for me is the break, if the break can produce some type of excitement for me or if it's just fun to fuck with i'll just add more ideas. a song now usually takes from 2 days to a month to finish, if i run out of ideas i just stop, and if i get inspired again i'll go back and just go off on it with a vigorous attempt then i had before.

by the way, i voted for fuck no

Well hello there

what is this [ ]pusher you speak of?

how to make a wobble bass, well i'm glad you asked this, you see Their evolutionary history is complicated and complex.
first of you start off with you a few natural earth elements

earth and water which forms a swamp, upon weather conditions electricity and energy forms this odd current which can form a life to what we know as Bacteria. bacteria lives off the components of it's surroundings thus allowing it to survive, and over the course of time evolve
over the course of time of a few billions years sub categories of fish evolve from it's different surroundings and eventually the bass is born, now to make it wobble, you must acquire yourself a net or a fishing pole, go to where fish inhabit and lure them to you using bait or simply wait by the shallow waters and scoop them out.
although the time of them coming about is never certain, patience is the key, for when you do catch a fish, the wobbling is guaranteed as an instant result of bringing the fish out of it's living environment and into the surface where oxygen is predominant. and that sir, is how you make a wobble bass.

i still use FL because i am comfortable with it's interface and fear change. it's a tool i feel i can utilize to my full potential, i have never came across an idea and thought to myself "how can i achieve this sequence" or even felt limited. why fix something that isn't broke.

but i mainly use it because i'm retarded.

Realisticly I'd ask you one2one if I wanted to know but, this is a breakcore forum after all, so...
I'd like to know how you got your remix on stereotype heroin hooker, and how come that's the height of the "fame" you've acheived?

apart from that I'm pretty certain I know everything about you
just memes and donks these days

Can you still listen to your old tapes/cds/minidiscs/mixes of other people-whatever... or do you go through genres like a fad?

What old music , if any, have you come across that you'd be too embarrassed to play in front of someone else? - or a lesser emotion that would halt play?

the year was 2006, i met this asian chick through myspace, i forgot how we became friends but all i remembered is that she liked aphex twin, i think i posted a flier on her page at one point to go to a Halloween show in LA because it had featured some breakcore, i think the dark matter crew was apart of that, any how, she had a new pic up a few days later of her dressed up as a nun, she ended up going that party and i stayed home.
Image

i thought it was cool as shit, then an idea sparked in my head, oh shit, that would be bad ass to make up an alias of a chick who made breakcore. so i asked for her approval, she was all about it, i made some half assed music to give the illusion to my friends that it wasn't me. haha i guess we didn't know it but me and her pretty much trolled the big dogs of breakcore at the time. we baited them by posting up hecate in our top friends and all these old school heads that have been in the breakcore fame for a while. soon enough after littlle spamming we started to get hit up, people wanted to book us, messages wre being sent to her, all these breakcore artists who you rarely see post on other peoples profiles were posting comments and pictures on our page. it was kind of disappointing to know that yeah, i could only get noticed for making half assed music as an alias because people thought i was an asian chick, but i guess that just goes to show that sex sells. so not to long we got a message from Bong-ra saying
"hey, i dig the music, i am making an album and i wanna feature some up and coming producers "some fresh meat" how would you like to remix one of the tracks on my album? i can't pay you but i can promise a little fame"

we got stoked as fuck, surely this was the most awesome opportunity that had came my way besides being flown to Calgary by a netlabel.
i received the stems and did my best at the time to come up with something that would blow the original out of this realm.
after i did so i told bong-ra that i was really a guy, he didn't care cuz he said the song was cool. i shouldn't have been on that record as ace of breaks, he just forgot to tell the pressing to change the name. it's all good though, it was an honor to do so.

but as far as that being the height of my fame i would prolly say it's my fault.
i know to some of you guys i may not seem humble, but i'm really insecure about my music, i have only sent 3 demos i think, one was to killing sheep, another was to planet mu and the other to sublight.
i was to be signed on sublight but they wanted to release the album as a digital release.
i had to decline the offer because i wanted to have a tangible release to be some day show my family, future children that their pops was once a cool dude before he had to work for the man to provide for them.
i always made my music for me, i sill find it really weird that people are willing to pay for it, but that just just goes to show that there is a market for anything. haha, i regretted declining that shit too.

heck, i'll upload it for you kids can see how low the standards for breakcore is =)

hope you enjoy these audio turds.

i actually can't,but it's fun once and a while to dab in the fun factor of nostalgia and think "what the fuck was i thinking" .
i have trouble playing my old music in front of people as it is, i always think of it as "hey man wanna hear a song about how unappreciated and lonely and sad i feel?" it's like reading your own poetry to someone about how you hate yourself and hoping they give you sympathy, haha i'm not much of a sympathy seeker. online getting props is common, but getting props from strangers or friends is really a surprise and honor ya know? i immediately become overwhelmed, shy, blush and have a lost for words.
kind of like a kind of like getting told by your crush that they think you are cute. . . but about your music.

i rarely go out for stake, just like i rarely go out for ribs or chicken wings. i'd rather have a burger over a stake. but if it's a fancy date (which i have never been on) i'll be sure to order my stake Well Done, if you are not from a place where mexicans are about, there's a possible chance you might have had the pleasure of enjoying the glorious dish the Mexicans call Carne Asada

it's an old ancient recipe that has been passed on from generation to generation, even before the Spaniards came and taught us how to speak.
it's very simple too the ingredients are as follows

thin slices of steak and Meat tenderizer seasoning over a steady flame.

my favorite break is The Honey Drippers - Impeach the President

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wqbEsS5k ... re=related

it's got that traditional hip hop rhythm with the crispiest break i have ever heard, not only is it delightful but it has the most awesome open high hat shot ever <3! that break for definite is my favorite

the drugs i take are the ones that are given to me =) i'm too cheap to pay for my own drugs. so being high is rarely a planned thing.

there is only one way to fake it honestly, and that's from hitting it from behind and then spitting it on her back, she'll never know the difference, unless she's a slut and reaches behind her back to taste your cum, then yer fucked. [/img]

Do you get tired of people hammering FL studio when, as you know, it's actually a very powerful piece of software when used orrectly? :D

it's mad powerfull indeed, i plan on making a tutorial video soon about how to pretty much sample anything and how to turn a channel into a sample based oscillator. something i have never seen done in logic or abelton or reason .
but as far daw bashing, i think it's just done out of ignorance really, no one needs to go in depth about how good a daw is, because all that matters is how you use your tools, i have seen people make tracks with cool edit, soundfourge and mpc's for gad sakes the only fair arguments i see about bashing is possibly complaining about the limitations one might have or how longer the process might take to do something you know you can do in like 4 clicks.

So how did you get in to making music with a computer? How long you been doing it for? Did you make trance before you got in to breakcore?
