If abortion was made to be both unnecessary and undesirable would legality matter? If you oppose abortion on moral grounds, then legality is the least of your concerns. We should fight to make it so no one ever chooses to have an abortion or provide one, before legal issues are dealt with. Do 'pro-choice' people support abortion itself, or would they be happy with 'choice' if no one ever had an abortion, legal or otherwise?
