oh thanks big guy! to make clear to others... i wasn't calling myself a raggacore artist... just like it plenty.
i did a little bit of a raggacore thing recently. this clip is part of some stuff i threw together for a friends bbq where i wasn't feeling to bring anything too dark or nasty. figured raggacore was like a good compromise for that. check it out, keep in mind this is just a practice jam version of some of the stuff i was gonna use. i come from hardware so i'm new to playing the laptop live

Agreed Stivs is great. I just got that 7" with Junglefever... and its badass!!
but not North American. Im thinking if we had more guys like that on our side of the world the scene would be much stronger... over here i mean... Raggacore and breakcore/hardcore in general.

ok, so that was a bit off-topic of me.. there is soundmurderer out in the midwest US. and he's the best i've heard in that style. i challenge anyone to show me some raggacore type stuff that is on par with that (no vsnares, though, too obvious and not really strictly 'jungle') that one soundmurderer white label, the double. i had that thing for like 2 years before i just put it on one day while wicked stoned, and was just 'oh shit, this is awesome' totally didn't get it. i was on more of a hecate/nasenbluten type thing back then and not much else, so it was pretty different. yeah, got it on a recommendation back in like '03 or something & it just sat around.

soundmurderer is the king, hands down. no one comes close.
I used to really like raggacore but tbh now I find a lot of it really boring, hearing the same old buju banton vocals with some hoover bass thrown on top gets pretty tiresome after a while. unless you're wasted, obvs.
of course when its done well its awesome
